Albert P. Massey, Jr. is a shareholder in the firm and concentrates his practice in general litigation, criminal law, real estate, zoning, municipal law, professional liability law and domestic relations. He received both his undergraduate degree in economics (1961) and his law degree (1964) from Villanova University, where he served as alumni President in 1968. He is also active in the Chester County Bar Association (President, 1982) and the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Vice President, 1983-1984, President, 1984-1985). He is a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Pennsylvania Bar Foundation, of which he was also Vice President from 1987-1988 and President from 1988-1991. He was a member of the Board of the Pennsylvania Lawyers Fund for Client Security (1987-1995) (Chairman, 1993-1995) and served as Chairman of the Chester County Republican Committee 1977-1983. Mr. Massey also serves on the boards of a number of community associations and is a member of the choir of St. Norbert's Catholic Church of Paoli. His extensive community involvement earned him the Involved Citizen of the Year Award given by the League of Women Voters.
