Heather Burns Pozniak Malvern, Pennsylvania
Heather Burns Pozniak is an associate with the firm, concentrating her practice in civil litigation, collections, homeowner association representation, and municipal law. She received her undergraduate degree in Government & Law from Lafayette College in 1994. Ms. Pozniak is a 1997 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where she was an Articles/Source Editor for the Dickinson Journal of International Law. She was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1997. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations and the Stively Inn of Court. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pozniak served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nitza I. Quinones Alejandro of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, Civil Trial Division. Ms. Pozniak also served as a summer law clerk to the late Honorable James R. Cavanaugh of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and as an intern in the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
