Sean A O'Neill Malvern, Pennsylvania
Sean A. O'Neill is a shareholder in the firm. He received his B.A., cum laude, in 1977 from Franklin and Marshall College and his J.D., cum laude, in 1982 from Villanova University School of Law where he was made a Member of the Order of the Coif. He concentrates his practice in real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions, land use and municipal law. Mr. O'Neill's practice also includes a concentration in common interest ownership law (condominiums, cooperatives and planned unit communities) in residential, commercial and industrial settings. He has created and documented many common ownership interest projects, including shopping centers, assisted care facilities, office parks and industrial site condominiums. He has been an author and lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on the subject of site condominiums as a subdivision alternative, and for a water law symposium on the subject of groundwater regulation in Pennsylvania. Mr. O'Neill is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations. He is secretary of the West Pikeland Planning Commission and member of the Board of Directors of the West Pikeland Township Land Trust.
