Scott E. Yaw is a shareholder and the managing shareholder of the firm. He received his B.A. from Colgate University in 1987. Mr. Yaw is a 1990 graduate of The Dickinson School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1990, the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1993, the U. S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1994, the United States Supreme Court in 2004, and the United States Tax Court in 2006. In 1990 and 1991, he served as law clerk to the Honorable David E. Mellenberg of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County. Mr. Yaw concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, collections and general business representation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, The Chester County Bar Association, and the Stively Inn of Court.
