Check the following pages for a more comprehensive list of the kinds of legal questions we handle. If you do not see your type of question listed, please give us a call or send an

WHERE WE ARE LOCATED:
Our offices are located at 460 East King Road,
Malvern,
Pennsylvania. We are close to the Malvern train station of the SEPTA Regional Rail
R5 line, also known as the "Paoli Local". We are a short drive or bus ride from both the Great Valley Corporate Center and Chesterbrook and from several retirement communities including Hershey's Mill, Paoli Pointe and Bellingham.
WHERE WE WORK:
Our attorneys practice primarily in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, particularly Chester, Montgomery and Delaware Counties. However, we also handle matters in Philadelphia, Bucks, Berks and Lancaster Counties and other areas of Southeastern Pennsylvania. We are proud of our close involvement in our local community. Our firm worked with the Paoli Battlefield Preservation Fund, Malvern Borough and Malvern Preparatory School to preserve an important Revolutionary War historical site which was the scene of the "Paoli Massacre" in September of 1777. Our office is now located within walking distance of this remarkable historic resource.
If you check the biographies of our individual attorneys you will see that many of them are on the boards of directors of local non-profit organizations or serve in local government.
OUR CLIENTS:
We represent a wide range of individuals and businesses. Our estate planning attorneys represent both "high net worth" individuals with complex issues relating to inheritance taxes and business succession issues, and "regular folks" who need a simple Will or assistance with estate administration.
Small businesses and their owners are a major portion of our client base. We assist them with forming and operating their business entity, getting paid, and dealing with regulatory agencies, among other things. We also represent large corporations who need local counsel in real estate and litigation matters.
OUR FEES:
For the most part, our fees are billed hourly, with more senior attorneys billing at a higher rate than associates. For Wills, Trusts and related matters, fixed fees apply based on the complexity of the services provided. You may request a fixed fee schedule by contacting Andrew Dohan. We rarely accept cases on a contingent fee basis. However, we often provide a free initial consultation to give a prospective client an opportunity to meet with an attorney to learn what their legal options may be. In some cases, particularly criminal defense, family law and other litigation, we require a reasonable deposit to be paid "up front."
